To the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community,

RTR/DCC (Deaf Community Center) recently had their
election and elected Jeff Prail to become DCC
President and Shelia Couch as Vice-President. They
effectively started their duties and now seeking new
candidates to fill in the role of Secretary and
Treasurer.

What’s new? RTR/DCC is now officially will be known as
Deaf Community Center. RTR has been known organization
in St. Louis Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community and
proudly become as the sole foundation of DCC.

President Jeff Prail and Vice-President Shelia Couch
will have more information to share within 30 days.
Right now, the priorities will be finding Deaf
Community Center a new home by end of this summer,
filling in two Executive Board’s position, Secretary
and Treasurer, and DCC Board of Directors’ position.
