On Tuesday evening, October 5th, 2004, RTR signed the final paperwork securing a "home" for the RTR DCC (Deaf Community Center). The new center is located in the Telegraph Professional Building at 2716 Telegraph Road, St. Louis, MO. Final office construction began last January 2005. On March 1, 2005 the RTR Board achieved the dream by obtaining a new 3-year leased office with a Grand Opening taking place on November 12, 2005.
